Customization Process

Before sampling or production begins, clients must complete a systematic alignment of industrial specifications with the factory to ensure all manufacturing processes follow clear technical standards.
This stage covers hat selection, structural engineering definition, and key craftsmanship details, serving as the foundation of the entire production workflow.
Key elements include hat structure, panel configuration, brim construction, dimensional parameters, head circumference, and all internal components such as sweatbands, antibacterial treatments, branded tape, and reinforcement systems.
Clients must also provide vector logo files for embroidery planning and technical file creation. All specifications are recorded in the production system to ensure consistency across sampling and mass production.
This stage converts design concepts into manufacturable engineering definitions and serves as the core reference for 3D modeling and Tech Pack development.

Approved by the client and our head technician to serve as the definitive benchmark for bulk production.

Our QC inspectors are stationed directly on the production lines. Every 100 units, a random check is performed on stitching alignment, embroidery density, and panel symmetry to catch potential issues early.

Post-production, each hat undergoes The Final Grooming. We trim all loose threads, inspect the interior sweatband attachments, and verify the precision of specialized crafts like rhinestones or distressing.

Every hat is professional steam-blocked to its perfect shape. We then test the sizing and structure on anatomical head forms to ensure a consistent, comfortable fit across the entire order.

Applying international AQL 2.5 standards, our head of quality performs a final randomized audit of the packaged goods. Only after a Zero Defect sign-off are the products cleared for global dispatch.
